Him living modestly would be him having Mayweather's home. His compound is 66,000 Sq Ft and is worth $147 Million. I think it's safe to say he's living within his means lol, unless he's buying a castle we don't know about in Dubai.

Thats not his means if he wanted to he can have a house ten times bigger and better. What is $147 million when your net worth is $55 Billion.
