The uppercuts by Lewis were harder, but Lewis was definitely more stunned by the right hand. VK's reaction to the uppercuts was more fatigue than anything else IMO

sure, vitali had a bloody face, but he was the one who wanted to continue. lewis was thanking god almighty that the fight was over.
vitali showed a lot of heart. but what make you thing like you do?.
cant you see lewis was ripping his face off?. a little tough with lewis head [when they "hugging"] would scratch that cuts worse.. it cant be worse .. but damm if it was scrath little more .. imagine how vatilis face would looks like. say whatever you wants but vitali should thanks god because his corner stopped it. from round 5 it was just gore to see it continue..i was suprise how his corner handle that cuts when it was opened[round 3?] they
drought it worse by touching the cuts with the towel so hard. vitali did hurt lewis badly few times. i think if the fight continue lewis would lost by ud but vitalis would pay a expensive price. its probably not worth.. looks what he is now a new champ and a heal cuts without lewis.. he can definetaly prove what ever he was gonna proving.

I have a question, who does Ring Magazine say won the fight?

One thing people have to consider is that by round six Vitaly had three severe cuts around his left eye. Imagine what those cuts would have looked like later on in the fight had it not been stopped. There is no way any ref or ringside doctor would have let the match continue into round twelve. The only way Klitcko could have won would have been to knock out Lewis, which in my opinion, would have been doubtfull given the fact that Lennox was starting to find his composer after round two.

well if he was finding his compusre he sure would've won the rounds 2-6, which he didn't. i originally picked VK KO 7, IMO woudl've happen had the fight went on

hers the thing, VK fought b4 lewis did despite the injury. also, lewis retired then.... need i say more.?

I had Lewis winning rounds four and six, so do a lot of other people. What I meant by composure was that in round two Lewis for the most part was on ***** street and just trying to survive, however, this was the closest Vitaly got to ending the fight IMO. Their is definitly a posibility that Vitaly could have landed a knock out punch in the seventh but I find it unlikely since he had an even better opportunity to do so in the second and couldn't capitalize on it.

Vitali's greatest moment is still a loss, pathetic.

This is one opponent Lewis definitely did not want to see in a rematch
