lets play my favorite game......"who is more delusional? Jones fans or Tyson fans?
Roy Jones will be very lucky if he finishes this fight conscious.
Jones WAS great, but once a boxer loses his speed and reflexes, he has no chance.Comment

What does Roy Jones being serious had to do with his chances of winning? He was serious when he was beat by Tarver the first 2 times. He was serious when Johnson knocked him out.If you get in the ring and a guy is punching at you and you aren't serious then you have problems.
If Roy finds away to beat Tarver though he should just hang it up.Roy would never beat a guy like Lacy.Roy Jones would never ever fight a guy like Lacy even if Jones was in his prime.Roy didn't even have the balls to fight Calzaghe or what is that German light heavyweight name.He was calling Jones out when they both were in their primes and Jones made every excuse in the world to duck him.
Odds are Tarver will knock Jones out.Tarver knows he can beat Jones.Tarver knows he can hurt Jones and Jones knows this. Most likely Jones won't try to engage Tarver because Jones never really fights like that.I just see Jones going thru the motions and being stopped in about 8 rounds.Comment

IMO, RJJ didn't train very hard for the Tarver fights, and especially for the Johnson fight. I mean for the first fight RJJ beat him every single round for 2:30 seconds, and Tarver would just flurry on the last 30 seconds. 2nd fight he thought "o this was a piece of cake", and underestimated Tarver so he got beat. Then he fought Johnson, a guy with 9 losses, he probably looked at his record and barely trained for it.
He's SERIOUS NOW!! He wants no distractions he wants to win this fight, and restore his legacy.Comment
