    mccloskey is no better than witter. from a USA perspective, this fight doesn't nothing for khan.

      Tim Bradley vs. Khan?? I like Khan bro. You and Dirk dont have to defend this fight. It was a poor choice.
      @walterson, will answer both here

      remember when everyone was bashing khan for fighting kotelnic, saying he was a paper champ and easy, even when khan won people had a huge go saying it was a nothing fight

      only when kotelnic beat alexander (but lost the decision) did people realise the feat khan achieved

      mccloskey is the same, yes it will be a one sided fight but that will be because khan is that good mate, only in around 1 year will we see how good the win was if mccloskey gets some big fights in america

          McCloskey is miles better than Witter. He's in the Ring top ten. He deserves the exposure.

          People all over Ireland been calling Khan a duck. If he'd fought Prescott likelihood is they would have said Khan was ducking McCloskey cos Prescott was unrated.

          McCloskey is ranked higher than Peterson by two bodies. He deserves this.

          Witter on the other hand....

                Prescott, Peterson, Malignaggi, Alexander and Ortiz would all struggle against the undefeated McCloskey.

                  From a US television standpoint, Witter has shat down his leg in three fights.

                  I'm actually surprised he was even considered for a US television date.

                    he was a green fighter with a low ko ratio against zab...

                    he wasnt even that popular in britain

                    the way he quit against alexander looked to be the reason no american tv network ever took interest in him

                      kotelnik was handpicked and he was the weakest beltholder at that time along with witter

                      all will be revealed once alexander becomes a journeyman
