This is just Teddy Atlas being racist toward white european fighters like Devon Alexander. Just ignore him.

I agree. I think incentives were needed to get this fight made more than it was for Devon to go two or three more rounds and lose inevitably. HBO had already cashed-in and the hyped-up casual boxing fans had seen enough by then.

HBO stated last year that they're worried about losing the african american base. They're trying to force something that isnt there in trying to make Alexander and Bradley stars at this stage in their careers. It hasnt happened.

Even if Bradley beats Khan, very very few people will know who he is in America.

That's why HBO is not in the fortune telling business. They thought they will have a gold mine if they pit 2 undefeated, in their prime American boxers in a unification bout. They couldn't even draw flies in their fight if their lives depend on it.

I hope this unexpected debacle doesn't stop HBO on putting fights like this, they might hit the jackpot one of these days...

You know there's something wrong when Teddy Atlas is the voice of reason. It's like we're in the bizarro world.

That's true, I bet fighters always hope he picks against them for good luck.

Why do you care what a fighter makes? If you want to see better fights, that's fine.

But you are hating on guys because you only make $17/hour.
