Anyone play the fight night champion demo yet?

At first I hated it because it seemed way too fast paced and arcadey. But after a good 20mins I realized its an absolute work of art. You can actually time punches for perfect 1punch counter knockouts, run circles around slower opponents and exploits like punch spamming and counter windows are gone. Its a must buy for any boxing fan

i played it the first day i downloaded it i got robbed and cotto won. then i beat tyson easely then i used tyson and got whooped. and even played online won my first match with ali and someone else was tyson and i won all 3 rounds. i think its a good game but still yet to feel the addicted feeling to it im waiting on mlb 11 the show to see which one of the two i will buy.

It's definitely better than Fnr4. Alot less counter reliant and managing a meter. Less guessing on block (up vs down)

They need to power down Ali's strait right and his chin a lil..

I like it, but I think the movement could still be better. The little lag that happens after you flick the stick/press button and before the character moves is still there. That's gonna be a problem when playing online where there's already lag most of the time.

I don't like that it's easier to block. We lose having our opponents guess which part of their body to protect and being surprised by the power shot that hits opposite the area that they're blocking.

I'm really liking the heavy punch modifier. Spamming it drains your stamina fast but use it well and pick your shots, you can do massive damage in one round. I can usually get Cotto's damage up to 80% to 90% with Pacquiao's heavy straight left and the refs stops the fight by round 2 or 3.

I like the blocking too. It is easier but it's also not that hard to break.

Was fighting against Ali and a glancing right sent Tyson down. C'mon son, this is prime Mike we're talking about here and a glancing blow knocks him down? I was countering Ali the whole fight and killing him with power shots and he didn't get anywhere close to being knocked down. SMH
