it would be a kick ass fight...not sure if Chico could KO Hatton who took (or rolled with) Kostya's best shots...but it would be a close, brutal, dirty, ugly, and entertaining fight...

I think it should go like this.

Give Mayweather Tszyu and Give Hatton Corrales.

If they both win, let them fight each other...this is assuming Corrales is still the same fighter in & after Castillo/Corrales II.

Hatton is a fighter similar to JLC but in my opinion not as good. I can see Chico using his big fight experience, big heart, & crisp compact punches to put Hatton in a world of trouble. Hatton would be going against a fighter who's not only an excellent inside fighter, but also a tough strong fighter. I think Chico would KO him midway through.

            people are underestimating Hatton..

I don't think the 6' toothpick stand a chance. Hatton will break him down.. followed by a KO

A couple of good questions about that fight:

              1) Does Diego hit harder than Tszyu?

              2) Does Hatton have as much chin and strength as Castillo?

The thing with Tszyu is that Tszyu likes to have room when he punches.
                Hatton denied him that room.

If Hatton can take Corrales punch throughout then I see him stopping Corrales late. If not then I see a Corrales stoppage late. Either way just like with Corrales/Castillo someone is getting stopped.

I would favor Hatton's workrate to beat Corrales.

hatton/parris even in england gets knocked out late by corrales.

i don't think i'm stretching it by saying corrales at 140(147 on fightnight)would show more power and not being dehydrated from making weight will only add to the already great conditioning of chico.

feel the same about castillo against hatton too.
