Bradley is a good boxer but he is too small. He would have lost to every single flawed opponent Pac has faced.

Bradley would have got KTFO by a weight-drained De La Hoya, a past-prime Ricky Hatton, post-Margarito Cotto, post-Mosley Margarito, etc.

Not because he sucks-- but because he is too small you saw what happened when he fought that stiff at 147.

IMO Yes he does..I would give Timmy a 50/50 spilt against Khan and 40/60 spilt against Pac..Let's not forget Bradley is undefeated and has found ways to win..
