OK, this is EXACTLY the type of thing I am always talking about!! It's enough to make anyone in boxing (fans, fighters, trainers, anyone) go insane...Celestino JUST lost to Jason Litzau on world wide TV...if he gets mandated as the mandatory challenger then what does that mean for the guy who just defeated him???? Can anyone EXPLAIN this???

                    Caballero is WBA mandatory
                    By Gabriel F. Cordero
The WBA Championship Committee has voted to appoint Panamanian Celestino “Pelenchin” Caballero as the mandatory challenger for featherweight champion Yonathan Barros. Barros has 180 days to fight his mandatory, so he could make an optional defense in the meantime.

                    .
He has a good friend or someone who likes him at the WBA office, IDK I agree its BS and think Litzau if anything should be the one fighting JuanMa instead of Salido who he himself is off of a loss and getting a world title shot.
