DeGale should be focused on securing a World title fight before talking about a potiental title fight with Froch. Do I think DeGale/Froch will happen? sure if both keep winning but the question is would Froch be willing to make the all-british super fight? after all Joe Calzaghe wouldn't give Froch the opportunity and if bigger fights present themselves in Europe/America I could eaisly see Froch passing up the all british super middleweight fight to go after the bigger fights.

i quite like degale skill wise,but he acts too much like a "im a g/ ****y little kid"

he needs to learn to not slap his punches,and to not paw them either.

he isnt as slick as hsi poor opponents have made him look either!.

And froch would destroy degale,easy nights work for carl.

Why does personality mean so much? I wouldn't give a $h!t if a fighter is a necrophiliac, but if he skillful and entertaining I'll be a fan. It's not like we're ever gonna get to really know these guys on a personal level (well maybe some of us), so why care about how they conduct themselves outside the ring. Andre Berto seems like a nice easygoing dude but I wouldn't give a f*** if he gets ****d and murdered tonight because I don't like watching him fight.

Anytime you see a boxer that says "Am good" in the UK then he would be hated automatically, Degale is really coming on and his last win has really made me sit up about him, I use to spar him years ago before he went to the olympics and he had the skills even at that time, I think he can take on Froch but he might need another 1 or 2 fights just to make sure experience/stamina-wise.

Hopefully this fight can happen before the end of 2012 while Froch is still in his prime. DeGale is progressing well and the win over Paul Smith was a big eye opener for many (including myself) and I think people are starting to get behind him now. I think the initial hate for Degale wasn't the ****iness, it was the fact that they thought he was going to be another Frank Warren heavily protected olympic prospect who was going to be fighting nobodies on Sky Box Office for 4 years.

i got nothing against degale. he is a useful kid with a good future but he needs to stay TF away from Froch for a while yet. Froch would eat him up and spit out the bones! but a few more wars down the line and froch could be ripe for degale to pick him off. the good news is that froch wont duck degale like calzaghe ducked froch.

you might be underestimating the recent british history in this division - eubank, benn, collins, watson....

if froch comes through the super six and handles kessler and bute then there will be little left on the world scene. a british super fight against degale would be MASSIVE!!

Also a lovely pension for Froch as he will probably be looking to hang them up around this time.
