I would LOVE for Oscar to come back, for one last hurrah. Erase the images of the Pac fight. It would bring complete closure to Oscar's boxing life. He became a true star for whipping his dad's ass, and ride off to the sunset dismantling Jr. and going out a winner.

if oscar could get motivated to fight a bum like chavez then he could beat him easy

im abit of a dreamer though the reality is the inactivity would probably be a major factor and he may get beaten

Jr is what a 'C' class fighter at best. De La Hoya would slice and dice this kid. I think this fight would be great for boxing. Fight it at the Staple center or in Vegas in it would sell out in hours. Have it on Mexican independence day weekend and on HBO; this thing would be huge. I always thought De la Hoya felt he left something in the ring after the Pac fight. What better way to end up on top then beating JR. I mean it would be like Tyson v. McNelly or whatever his name was. Ok, maybe not that bad but you catch my drift.

First of all De la hoya doesnt have the balls to come back and fight. How do I know? He didn't have the balls to get off the stool against a lightweight moving up 2 weight classes and he literally wears panties and fishnets stockings.

And Freddie Roach knows everything there is to know about Gay la hoya so If oscar was smart he would stay retired and just worry about his failing promotional company.
