HBO wants Klitschko-Haye and they probably figure that by picking up this fight they will get back in Wlad's good graces plus put pressure on Haye to step up to the table and take a fight that somebody outside of the UK actually gives a **** about.

No they are doing this bc they want to land the klit vs adamek fight period.
