Didn't Arthur take this fight on 3 weeks notice?

Arthur like Caballero is very tall for this weight-class.

I don't know if Arthur can outbox the Booth who is a slippery type of fighter. But, maybe he could from a distance he does have like a 6" height advantage. And, is the natural bigger guy who started his career at LW while Booth started his career at flyweight.
