this actually happend before the first morales fight and the commission told PAC to do the blood test 3 days (not so sure) before the fight and he did, that is as random as you can get, I bet floyd in his 41 fight has never been blood tested 3 days before the fight ...

Pac blame the blood test taken that close to that fight caused him to be weaker, probably more Psychologically the Physical...
