154 Was Neglected Last Couple Years

A divisions that was deep as this with all the names I am going to list. How many of these fights were made between these guys what was the reason from 06-09 did not happen.. One reason I would say is some of them being King fighters.

    Forrest
    Spinks
    Martinez
    Dzinziruk
    Santos
    Williams
    Kirkland
    Angulo
    Mora
    Bundrage
    Latimore
    Cintron
    Foreman

forrest was not healthy for the most part.

a bunch of those guys were at 147.

a bunch more were not known until recently.

and none of those guys were big names that could make a lot of those fights possible because of the money it would draw.

The only guys that were WW on the list were Cintron and Williams and were in the mix at 154 not having a meaningful fight @147.

The ones that were not as famous back then still had rankings within the alphabets.

Your last point are you saying there was too much risk and not enough reward for them to fight each other?

      Martinez, Williams, Cintron, and Foreman were the only ones who had multiple fights against real contenders;

        pretty much.

they can make the same money fighting just mandatories for their belts (champions of orgs are usually not ranked by the others)

look at 160 as a recent example. hopkins , holmes and joppy all had belts separately and never fought each other until tito came along.

when tito came and put some money into the 160 division , they agreed to the 160 tournament.

Good point but they didnt even fight their mandaories...
Forrest, Spinks/Phillips, Dzinziruk, Santos/Alcine all had belts at the same time.
Dzin defended his belt 6 times since 2005.
