Oscar was winning the early rounds when he was landing the jab at will. If he would've kept throwing it for 2 more rounds he would've won convincingly.

All floyd did was run, potshot, clinch. Not once did he have Oscar hurt or in trouble.

Now compare that to the Pac-Oscar fight where Pac left ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT who the better boxer was. OK then.
when oscar fought manny he was a dead man walking come on man sb was busting oscar up.

i saw that fight live had :chickenboy:winning a ud

    • It is certainly a scenario, however unlikely. You got the right winner though

It would be the like boxing history section. Which while cool to read and educational is, in fact, boring as hell.

          • you cant trust Koncz and we dont know the context. For all we know Floyd couldve been talking aobut one of Koncz-Pac winner takes all or 60/40 to the winner proposition and Floyd couldve been thinking about what if he wins in the publics eyes but the judges give it to Pac. Then he would lose out on the bigger purse so he wont do those kinda things.

We just dont know what they were speaking of or the context

im gonna be straight up honest, this site is by far the best at having great meaningful conversations.. you go to esb, espn, or even the hype and its like talking to a bunch of lil kids (*******s)... NSB does a great job of banning the lil *****s once they cross the line lmao

              • no draw...I doubt we will see anything other than a landslide Mayweather victory. He did say this earlier...

“You got to realize what I always tell people — this is also a business,” Mayweather, 35, said. “This is also a business. If Pacquiao didn’t get his hand raised, then facing Floyd Mayweather would be down the drain, cause the world billions of dollars, so economic-wise they know what they’re doing. Even like with the Mayweather/De La Hoya fight, we have to make it very, very interesting in saying it’s a split decision. A fighter know when he got his ass kicked.”

This fight is going to do good numbers. I think Floyd would make a lot of money fighting Cotto twice. We'll see

                • It looked like what was going to happen according to some. Cotto trying to pressure him the whole fight while Mayweather was dodging a whole lot of it, countering at ever turn.
I was laughing because he was totally depleted of stamina in the last round while Mayweather was still good to go

sad thing is floyd hardly ever gives a meaningful response to anyones questions.... its like he's always on the defense and alludes the question because he acts like its a personal attack.... still love him tho haha

                    • floyd is a confident fighter but if there's one thing i noticed, he's not as confident as his fans especially the ones that post here. most of the time, they portray floyd as somewhat invincible but i doubt floyd thinks the same way about himself.
