He doesn't have the one punch power to KO Cotto, but similar to Cotto he'd have to rely on accumulation. Thing is though, Floyd also doesn't throw enough to rack up enough punches to stop Cotto. On cuts I'd say is the best bet if we're being technical.

It was in reference to the massive cut over Cotto's eyebrow due to a headbutt. People seems to forget what really happend on that fight.
