The question should be "Does Floyd have power period". The last time his power was put to test was against Hatton, whom almost scored a knockdown on Mayweather in the early rounds. Sucker punching does not equal power. He couldn't even back Mosley.

Well, for the answer to that silly question, I'm happy to wait and see. One thing, he won't be able to stop Cotto running to the bank, and that's what it's all about.

Whilst the topic is "stop" it needn't take much power to cut somebody. Stopping and KO'ing can use different qualities. I've seen more than a few fights which were stopped by cuts although the fighters were full of fight and could have gone on to win.
