              Yes. Barring extremes most boxers have the power to stop their opponent providing they hit them enough and the opponent tires.

                  Whilst the topic is "stop" it needn't take much power to cut somebody. Stopping and KO'ing can use different qualities. I've seen more than a few fights which were stopped by cuts although the fighters were full of fight and could have gone on to win.
