You cant just attack the body as he will just cover up. But if you are missing the head constantly, by all means go downstairs.

And if you nail his head dont go for another head shot as you are unlikely to hit him in the head two times in succesion. Hit the head then go for the body. And dont stand there admiring his boxing. you have to be sharp and get your shots off first. When he throws lead left hooks etc, you have to time him coming in and you will get him eventually.
Dont just use the jab trying to outjab him. But use it to land the money shot.
