witter would have to be drained still to fight for the 140 title,he hasnt fought for a long time either.

but he has a difficult style that could make things interesting.

and witter dont have much power,even less heart.

if you know anything about Witter at all you'd know he has power and lots of it.
Witter is known for being an awkward fighter, much, much more so then Malinaggi.
I wouldn't put my money on Witter for this fight because of the stage he's at in his career and how fast Khan is but you cant make such an absurd distinction about him like you did.
