It's 1) a personal baseless attack, 2) it's asking for something he's never asked for before, and 3) it's not a typical business practice in this industry. These are all tactics that halt negotiations or at least put a serious, serious strain on them.

Reasons 1 & 3 are cool I can go with that but #2 is just ****ing ******ed to say as a reason PBF couldn't ask for testing.

i never said floyd couldn't ask for testing, I said that he knew it was going to kill the fight. that's what happens in negotiations when you start asking for new shi t, everything comes to a screeching halt, then couple it with the other factors and you know its not gonna happen.

but floyd did it. and pac said no. now lets move on, make the fight happen. again, BOTH guys are at fault, and I don't care who's more at fault than the other.
