was it ruled a knockdown, though? Wlad couldn't continue, but I don't know how that was scored. Who remembers?

It was after the round, Wladimir fell face first walking to his corner.

I remembered how it went down. So it was a 'KO', not a 'TKO'? I remember the ref waving it off, so I guess I was thinking it was a 'TKO'

I was always under the assumption quiting after the bell was a TKO stoppage..

Ok just watched it Lamon had Wlad against the ropes and the bell rang Lamon backed off and the ref was infront of Wlad and Wlad bounced off the ropes and onto the ref and the ref let him fall and Wlad couldnt even get up so he waived it off.

just for the record though, he didn't fall walking to his corner but was tripped up by the ref. i think it was ruled a tko. but many ppl think, for some reason, that he was knocked down by brewster. just wanted to point that out.

j, do you know Bozo_no_no? He will make every effort possible to convince you otherwise.

When he joins the thread... you can say "I've heard about you"

he was undefeated but hadnt beaten anyone of note and hardly looked impressive in his wins. it was to be a very easy fight for vitali
