Pac is The closest but he'll never be considered the GOAT. Floyd's got a lot to do in order to close the gap. Realistically, I don't see him being in the game much longer unless he runs out of money.

Floyd is a great fighter no doubt, probably he has the best skill out of all of them. But it's such a shame when you have everybody, football players, basketball players, trainers, commentators, boxers, fans, ESPN, CBS, Yahoo, and many more calling him a coward.
