I tried to shadow box an hour ago but I'm sore as hell. I am planning to go to the gym today and lift some weights. Should I go or just rest for a lil while?
I think your lying. So your saying you guys fight with no gloves with head shots? that's ridiculous and I dont think anyone is dumb enough to do that

first of all sparring is completely differint from fist fighthing. so if you are gonna fist fight then stop ****ign complainning about bruises until you decide to get some proper gloves

I think the fact that you have bruises and can't move should tell you what to do.

Obviously not. This is an attentionwhore-thread. When people gave him the standard advice to use liniment (wich all fighters do, bareknuckle-training or not) he said it was to much work and money. Well, I guess it IS alot of money when youre eleven.

If you want to sparr bareknuckle with your friends, help yourself out. If you can't move afterwards, big deal, thats the price you pay. And no, good sir, I will not shut the **** up. Not while there are threads like these.
