Just because Joe Calzaghe never ended a match to some club fighter on his back like Amir Khan and thus has set a standard for British boxers that the likes of Amir Khan could never reach, is no reason to hate on him. Just appreciate and love Joe, embrace and accept him as your savior and he shall set you free.

, Amir could have easily topped Joe's resume if he wanted to. He could have fought bums in his backyard till he was 34 before stepping it up. Thankfully Amir has the heart of a lion. Despite Warren advising Amir not to fight Prescott, Amir urged him to make the fight happen to shut the critics up. Can';t say the same about Calzaghe. Amir made his US debut at the age of 23 while Joe made his US debut...ehm..at the age of 35.
