I stopped reading when he said Bradley-Alexander was hyped as one of the greatest fights ever.

Arum is making the sport alive LOL.... I couldn't stop but laugh at your idiocy when you said Bradley-Alexander as being one of the greatest fight of all time - really? There has been an influx of clueless idiots on this forum lately, more than usual.

Is TS really promoting the protection of records and selling us one sided matchups?

Alexander-Bradley was a high quality matchup. Sometimes that means less lands cleanly and there aren't many errors. The result is irrelevant.

Boxing fans deserve fights like Alexander-Bradley, even if they don't satisfy in the end.

Who cares about maximizing events. I would like some clarity and some true champions. Not a stable of paper champions who are matched in advantageous positions, for the sole purpose of protecting records and filling Arum's pockets.

Since when is Bob Arum's bank account the key to a boxing fan's heart?

The only person Arum has that hasn't been protected it seems is Miguel Cotto. Other than that...

                    Exactly

I don't know why people think floyd vs manny will be an exciting matchup. It will be about as exciting as alexander Bradley or Floyd Mosley.

Seriously. It's not about what fights are most exciting, it's about the best fighting the best. Bradley-Alexander was the best fighting the best, that's what boxing fans are supposed to want.
