Were you in the white? Or black?

Anyway, if you were in the black, good stuff. If you were in the white, you looked a bit off (as you stated).

Good luck with your debute! Good to see you taking it to the next level.

Edit: I just re-read this post, and I got some statements backwards...Fixed.

Don't know which one you are. Guy in the white looked to me to be off balance when throwing punches. Not sitting on them etc.

just my opinion..Good work however on both ends.

If you are the same guy that I knew back when on this site I say good job getting in there and sticking to it. You said that you were always going to do it and now your day has come. Cong**** on that.

Here is what we call constructive critisism, it is not meant to belittle you but rather it is meant for you to look at what you are doing and see if you see room for improvement.

I am assuming that you were in the black.

You move well and when your hands are up you look good. But why keep your right so low, it only makes an orthadox jab that more dominant over you. I like how you would press him with your gaurd high but why not counter off when he's rapping your gloves. If he hits your right glove fire the left one back immediately followed by your right hand.

Also when you were coming in rolling under why not fire back when you slip under his shot. Roll that weight and drop it on his chin man. You gotta make him pay when you make him miss.

Each time you would land a nice shot you would step back, drop your gloves and bounce up and down like, Hey did ya see what I just did. F**k that amatuer ****. Land the shot, take a side and keep on diggin'.

Lastly, I don't remember seeing you put any more than 2 shots together. Where was 3 and 4? I know that the guy was big but that should make it that much easier to rip your combos off. Use what your strengths are against big guys, that being speed.

You moved nice and I can see that you have some experience but you're stepping into the professional ring now. It's time to lose the amatuer tendancies and fight like a dog, a smart dog but a dog none the less.

Here is a little something to neutralize an orthadox jab. Find his timing first with your gloves high. Once you get it down slip his jab to your right and step in throwing your left hand down his throat. Don't pull it or hook it, straight down the pipe. It's like taking candy from a baby and then kicking that baby around some as you dig your hook into his belly and take the side.

I wish you all the luck in your first roll, keep us posted on how it's going........Rockin'

you look pretty good man. one-two looking crisp. footwork proper. head movement present. motivation for me to keep training! im full time law student right now so it's kind of hard, but ive been training for a few months now and im almost ready to spar i believe. how tall are you? im about 6'0'' and right now im like 170, but i still have about 5% too much body fat. so i should be "walking around" at around 165ish, and then cut to 152 for ammys

thanks for posting vids. i have learned a lot from others videos. a lot of people are too scared to post because they think they don't look like sugar ray robinson or some ****, they will get made fun of. and prolly a lot of sad anonymous souls on here would act like everyone sucks who posts videos. i plan on posting my videos to get feedback. the guy above gave good advice it appears, that is cool. nothing better then positive feedback, as well as criticism. . .
