if i recall, they stop testing mosley and floyd 16 days because there was no probable casue to continue.. assuming this is the same with pac and floyd, why demand testing up until fight night then??? also i recall testing close to fight night is not safe or healthy for the fighter thats why they choose to stop testing floyd and mosley 16 days... correct???? and manny did agree to all testing the second time around... ask yourself this then... why is floyd now making a big deal about OST when before that word never enter his vocabulary... manny is a 1 dimensional, cherry picking no skill in floyds word fighter right?

Ducked another question, oh well. I'll answer yours. I don't agree with any pre-fight insulting. I'm more of a Klitschko kind of guy building up to fights. They let their actions do the talking. Mayweather is a jerk before fights, but he's a brilliant fighter and is nowhere close to being scared of Pacquiao. Also, if the Mosley testing cut off about two weeks before the fight, that doesn't mean the same will happen in Pacquiao's case. It's random, and it's intended to be a secret. That's what makes it effective. There's no way around it so the participants are afraid to dope in fear that the next test will heppen. This is really common sense stuff here man.

It's intended to keep the fighters from attempting to blood dope in the last 16 days before the fight. It's not rocket science.

i understand that but the fighters are getting tested right after the fight anyways so if any of the 2 fighter juice up it'll show..

The testing after the fight doesn't:

A. Prevent an unfair fight from happening in the first place.

B. Catch every designer blood doping agent out there as they are urine based tests.
