ariza's living off manny's move up in weight.... and yeah it looks great in theory....

but manny clearly undermined his whole program in their last camp, when he chose to abandon the program that was set out by ariza and focus on his speed....

      says it all...

ariza makes meals and protein shakes.... there's about a billion guys who can do that and probably make a better job of it....

let me tell you something, i know almost every one in wildcard and spoke to many about this issue.

Alex has an ego bigger than floyd mayweather junior and he had constant issues with many people in the business including team pacquiao. Just that pacquiao doesnt want to change a winning formula and he is a very superstitious fighter!

As long as we dono what really happened its rather childish to bring race stereotype ****s like cabby and chip shop comments, we wouldnt be happy if someone say comments like white trash and all the hate stuff, respect and earn respect!

I know haters are happy to bash khans family over this and the people he represent but hey, you just showing your true colours.

He is isn't irreplaceable let's be honest.

I myself alone know 6 people who have a degree in sports science. I reckon they'll do it on the cheap.

But seriously, there must be millions of great strength and conditioning coaches. A million times easier to find than a Freddie Roach boxing coach.

This Ariza guy has completely lost it. No class.

How many fitness and conditioning coaches do you hear that have problems with half the guys in the sport?

Why do we even know this guy's name?

Floyd Mayweather, Tim Bradley, Paul Williams, Bernard Hopkins, Joe Calzaghe....who are their conditioning coaches?

The same can be asked to who each fighters' Advisers / Managers are. In the end, nobody really cares.

Well im not defending ariza but he has done a great job with many and khan too. Also with jr. But he seems to be always wantig to be part of the show he feels he is an important part of the team. Plus khan and his family are also responsible always being in the center of the storm and seem to be shady people at the negotiation table.

The difference is that advisors, managers and promoters are paid to advance the the publicity, name value, fight prospects, etc of the fighters.

A fitness trainer's job is to STFU except when saying "one more...push it".
