I don't think they are 'intentional.' He seems like he respects the sport, but I do believe he knows his height and style will result in a lot of head clashes and is prepared to accept that gives him an advantage.

I think I see what you mean, it's like a possible outcome of his style which he's aware of but you think he doesn't purposely target opponents with the head.
