He was ordered to fight Chagaev, now that it looks like it's not happening they might let him fight Wlad in July instead.

He could always do that, you really think the WBA would pass on all that money if Haye said, "in July, I fight a Klitschko." Heck, he could have said either one, done the same thing Adamek did where like 9 weeks before the fight (chisora night) the Klitschko's have to declare which brother it is. Of course the WBA would allow that, but Haye doesnt want it, remember when he said he was going to fight Vitali in May...the guy is crazy and a coward.r

Because he didn't have a guaranteed unification fight, they ordered him to fight his mandatory. FFS comeback when you know what you're talking about fool.
