Of course Mayweather is waiting. Hes only fought twice in 4 years. He told a dying kid that he was gonna take another year or two off instead of fighting Pacquiao. He knows he can't hurt Pacquiao with his punches and can't outbox him.

I don't think Floyd wants to fight Manny , He doesn't have the power SSM does but Manny has the power , movement and can take a punch . Floyd has no punch , just the stick and run , he will be booed like against ODH ( a fight I had as a draw at best ).
