Cotto vs Margarito II will have a 24/7 if and when that fight is signed (and if with HBO).

Yeah okay I agree with that because there is a huge mexican and puerto rican following that want to see that but Khan and Bradley are future superstars and 24/7 would make them into superstars. What boxing is missing right now is a platform to display boxers to the public like my dad was telling me in the 70's, 80's and 90's people knew Sugar Ray Leonard and Oscar de la hoya and a lot of other boxers from the Olympics being aired on national television. Boxing needs to create a platform to showcase their up and coming talent.

That is exactly why there should be a 24/7 for this fight. BOXING NEEDS NEW SUPERSTARS.

I think HBO is going to go all out on Saul Alvarez because of the huge Mexican following he already has at 20 and because HBO is in bed with Golden Boy at the moment.

you got it all wrong. 24/7 doesn't create superstars. pac, dlh and wifebeater were superstars before they got their 24/7s.

Actually, a lot more people than just Puerto Rican and Mexicans would buy into Cotto vs Margarito II simply because of how great the 1st fight was and the controversy that surrounds Margarito and the potential of him cheating in their 1st fight. There's plenty of intrigue between those 2 that can span a 3-4 week show.

As far as Bradley and Khan becoming stars because of 24/7?? I don't think so. Your fights make you a superstar, not a half hour cable show.

Did 24/7 make Calzaghe a household name in the US?

Mayweather and Pacquiao were not that big of superstars until they were on 24/7 and beat De la hoya.

Yeah that is pretty true but Khan is already a huge superstar over in England and Bradley really needs to get his fan base much bigger.

How many PPVs have Bradley and Khan headlined (in the US)? Both Mayweather and Pacquiao were headlining PPVs prior to the 1st 24/7 episode ever aired.
