My Thoughts on Bradley vs Alexander

The fight was more or less how I expected other than the final outcome....But...

Bradley doesn't hit hard, hes sloppy and throws wide punches... All Bradley really has is a lots of confidence and aggression....

Did Alexander seem to just give up? When they called the decision his eyes were clear and open....

I mean this is boxing right? You're gonna get hurt....

So ur thoughts r what everyone was thinking...

One thing I was thinking, the fight wasn't that bad. But it seems like I'm alone on that.

I disagree with you, I don't think Bradley is sloppy or can't box. What happens sometimes in boxing is an opponent can make you look that way. Alexander is a slick, fast boxer and a lefty, something that is very difficult to face.

Bradley I think handled his power better than expected and lost respect for Alexander's power and came forward and got careless at times. Even though, Bradley landed the much better punches, including the right hand which was landing more often as the fight went on.

IMO I think Alexander quit in this fight, he didn't want it no more and one thing I respect in a fighter like Bradley is he won't quit.

Sloppy fight, not very entertaining but it wasn't Bradley's fault. It was the style's that made it that way.

Co-sign,I think he outboxed the supposedly better boxer & rather easily to boot.

They both dont seem to mesh well. I think Bradley won but not in convincing or Im absolutely the best fashion. I dont give him that much credit. I like him, and I think he has a great warrior's spirit, but his skill level isnt what one would expect. Nor Alexander for that matter. It was a real sloppy fight and neither fighter looked sharp. Given, Bradley had good head movement, but thats really all I saw to speak of in this performance. He still is wide with his shots, far too wide for someone at this level. Alexander has had 2 really lackluster performances in a row. He backed up, moved into Bradley's right hand, flicked the jab, all no-no's and I dont understand why he fought that way. But, at the end of the day, Im not convinced that either is the better than the other, but Bradley definitely won this fight, and credit goes to him. But, I am not a big Khan guy mind yall, but I think Khan dismisses both of em. Ya never know, but I think Khan has too many advantages on both of these guys and it could be relatively easy for him to beat em, but that is why they fight the fight

Haven't seen the fight on TV but did catch it ringside and was very impressed with Bradley (and Alexander too, actually). They both have limitations but both are also very subtle in the ring. They do little things in the ring to offset their opponents. Bradley adjusted very well. Don't know where people think that Maidana could be competitive against either one. Both would beat his ass to the ground. Khan? Hmmm...

Tim is a good fighter who at this point will give anyone hell in the ring. His combos rocked Devon numerous times despite Devon's efforts at clinching.

Problem is his head. That shiny dome will start putting all his future opponents on notice that he'll use it if the fight doesn't go his way.

It's a shame 'cause Tim would beat Devon on power shots alone.

                    The power headbutts were unnecessary.
