I actually think the twitter account is run by his adviser who sends out all of those mouthy press releases. The adviser is fluent in English and Spanish. He was the guy who nearly fought with the Khan camp after the fight.

The difference between the account and the fake Bradley, is that this account is being followed by HBO and several execs from Golden Boy.
