He owes Spinks a third fight - Cory didn't have to give Zab a rematch; he clearly won their first fight.

Then at 140, 147 there are a number of big-name opponents Zab could be facing. This is an example of why the alphabet organizations suck. This Baldomir bum does not deserve to get this shot based on his last win, and Zab doesn't deserve to be stripped if he doesn't defend against him.

I respect Zab as a fighter, I believe he's p4p top 5 in the world, but the man is ducking fighter after fighter. He's from brooklyn and he has no balls. He needs to grow some balls and go fight some big-names.

he doesnt owe spinks ****. he took 100,000 to fight him both times and spinks got to fight him in his hometown. many people feel zab should have got the decision, and theyre 100% right. there is no way spinks won the first fight, and zab koed him in the rematch. there is no point in it.

are any of the guys at 140 saying they want to move up and fight zab next? NO

no one at 147 wants to fight him. margarito likes to say everyone is ducking him but no one is. its no money involved because hes not a big name, and mosley said he needs a tune up before taking on the best at welter.

hopkins fought much worse guys than this in defense of his titles. and he was main event each time basically

no i havent seen baldomir. i would consider this guy on the sme level as eastman. i mean why is eastman considered good? who di he beat, he fought joppy and lost after joppy was destroyed by tito. thats not impressive other than that hes fough a bunch of bums in england. im not trying to take anything away from hopkins im just making a point. and judah clearly won the first spinks fight. disagree fine.

I was fifty feet from the ring for the rematch. Judah's people damn near trampled a bunch of fans sitting in folding chairs on the ground. We had to lift a woman off the floor and onto the lowest level over the wall and I helped a guy holding a cane who got pushed halfway onto his chair in the melee...lol

But the way I see it, it's 1-1, so a third fight is in order. You gotta think Spinks is a bigger money fight than the mandatories, and most of the best fighters are dropping their belts anymore, anyway. It's not like the belts are the only measure of how good people in the division are. Look at the light heavyweights, for example...
