Of course he won't get a fight with Pacman,he doesn't fit the criteria.He's young,prime & undefeated.We all know,(although few will admit),that to fight Pacman,u must be coming of at least 1 horrible loss & at least 2 bad performances.

The size difference is huge, also when you add in the fact Amir will probably be a full blown Welterweight soon.
