I see no Mayweather or Pacquiao in todays young fighters

the thing is, its hard to judge talent in the ams. many of those guys will go pro and wind up being ****. look at guys like rock allen the petersons(although they arent ****, they arent as great as it seemed they would be). etc. u have to wait til these guys turn pro before u can judge how much potential they have. the ams just aint wat they used to be and to make matters worse, olympic boxing is just plain horrible.Comment

You would of said the same thing about both Pacquaio and Mayweather 10 years ago. Fighters go through their lumps and new fighters are discovered every year. Not every prospect or fighter that HBO wants to make into a superstar is going to pan out.Comment

Agreed. The young fighters develop into stars. Hell young pacquiao wasn't even a "young pacquiao". Growing and experiencing will only come with time. There are a lot of good fighters coming up. With time they can be great. Problem is all these decade old fighters still get the shine.Comment
