He fears that Manny is on steroids which I feel is a legit concern.

If Pac agrees to take random test all the way up to the fight with no cut off days and floyd still doesn't fight him, then hell yeah he is scared.

Right now as it stands, Manny is making it easy for Floyd to duck him. So until Manny agrees to the test how can I say Floyd is scared?

Manny should say you know what Bob, lets have a press conference with all the world media and tell them I have agreed to olympic style drug testing. No one on one interviews with anyone. No konz,roach,or lawyers talking. Just Bob and Manny.

That way there can be no more rumors or misquotes. Sign a contract right there on the spot.

Now if Manny does that and Floyd still stays on vacation, then Floyd would forever be labeled the KFC,Duck,*****,Coward,Fraud,***** champion of the world.

Listen, this is my take on it. Manny Pacquiao is supposed to be
this great fighter/Champion, that is considered an elite fighter
but cannot take random blood tests? I've given blood before
and want is so bad about it? Below is EXACTLY what Floyd
said about the situation before. Not Ellerbe, Roger, Sr or Jeff...

To your question on a elite fighter but cannot take random blood test
1 Floyd believes Pac using Ped and must undergo random blood testing. Random blood testing means blood can be extracted even a day before a fight. Actually this idea of Floyd only came when the time Manny is moving in his weight divison. He never mention that when he said he will KO Pacman on year 2009. That time Pacman is fighting on lower division.
2 Pacman believes extracting blood from him near or on the day of the fight weakens him. Fact is on 1st Pacman vs Morales fight blood extracted from Manny even Floyd knows that.
3 Then there is 2 weeks no blood extraction bargain near the fight offered by Manny's camp. No testing using blood is different on not testing at all. Floyd claimed that Manny dont' want to take the test equivalent to not wanting to fight and went on a vacation

Again I need to ask is all procedure detecting PED using blood will be useless unless is done within two weeks period of time?
Is this PED according to Floyd will immediately gone after few minutes of the fight?
Is there other procedure aside from using blood can detect PED?

My point was that the other guy that keeps trying to sound
smarter than me is saying that Kahn's quote ain't official because
Manny didn't say it but what about Arum, Roach, Koncz and Ariza?
Are we supposed to believe them and not Kahn? To me, Kahn has
nothing to gain from lying about Pac or their conversations more
than the rest of the people running with Pac do. I would like
for both Pac and Floyd to get off their periods and make the fight
happen but honestly through all of this back and forth war of
words. I just don't see how Arum wants this fight for Pac
but as a promoter, he has to act like he wants it but Arum don't
even want to work or break bread with Golden Boy or Floyd.
Mosley had to leave Golden Boy to get a fight with Pac and Arum
just said if Bradley is free from his promoter then the fight is possible.
I can read between the lines and not just letting the blind lead me.
Still, nobody has answered to my post about what Roach said about
Mosley when he wanted the fight with Pac after Margarito and
the quote I posted about Pac wanting to fight Cotto after he
struggled with Clottey. No one has answered to any of these
facts but I'm labeled a fighter finatic? It's all a joke.

about Cotto struggling. would love to hear Pac fans opinion
on them posts. should make for a great laugh.

Are you saying that Roach means it literally?
Although Roach know Pacman very well.
Not all the time what he said goes as well with Manny.
