    Bradley & Alexander's Future Predictions

**My ideas on what's going to happen in the near future with Timothy Bradley and Devon Alexander.**

First, there's no way in hell that a rematch goes off for this fight. No one wants to see this again and for the little hype HBO gave it, I dont think HBO would buy it again. The fight was absolutely dreadful. No action and a ton of posturing and holding. Even though Alexander wants it, there's no doubt in my mind that Bradley views the ship as sailed.

    Timothy Bradley:

Now as far as the current WBO/WBC champ Timothy Bradley goes, you have to keep in mind what he wants, what the fans want, and what HBO is willing to buy. I think Timothy Bradley has few a options.

    1. If the fight between Berto & Ortiz doesn't come off. I think Bradley should go after Ortiz(WBO #1 and WBC #6) for a fight around May. It's another winnable fight as Ortiz cuts easily. HBO buys this fight.

    2. Take an interim welterweight fight with a former junior welter titlist Andriy Kotelnik. Another winnable fight that will compare him with the likes of Khan and Alexander. Another fight that HBO in my opinion will buy.

    3. Do nothing and wait until September-ish and fight Khan. There's no way Golden Boy lets this fight just vanish and Khan knows it too. This fight is on a collision course and the fans want it. This will finally settle the dispute for the best in a loaded 140lb division.

    Devon Alexander:

    1. Face it. No one wants to see a rematch. You can pursue it all you want, but nobody including HBO want to be put to sleep again. Head butts, no headbutts, whatever. When you weren't getting butted you were holding like crazy and throwing Calslappy-esque combination punches. You can't talk your way into this one.

    2. Get a chance at another title. Alexander will have to wait a while, but that cut is going to take a little while to heal and Alexander needs a break. If Zab Judah is fighting Kaizer Mabuza for the IBF strap and Zab WINS, then a title fight in St Louis between Alexander and Judah would be HUGE in the Summer. A winnable fight for Alexander and would propel him back to the top of the list.

    3. I can see Alexander fighting someone like a Lamont Peterson or even Lucas Matthysse if HBO would do that. I don't think Alexander is going to want to fight off of HBO and those are 2 fights that HBO might have interest in if they want to invest on building Alexander back up.

    My 2 cents.

Any predictions BoxingScene? What do you guys want to see?
