Yeah he was, but keep in mind he doesn't have that much experience has a pro really and has only 21 fights going in against Tim.

I had never even heard of him until he fought Witter and we were being told by networks how good he supposedly was, he has time to get better.

Tim was right in one of the interviews saying he was green, not ready for the moment, and that he was catching him at the right time.

By some he was. Some of us had an idea he was not elite. I think most of the light welterweights are a bit over hyped, hell most fighters today are over hyped! The only get threads about being overhyped when they lose though.

The division as a whole has plenty of good fighters, but they are overrated as a whole. Alexander arguably lost to Kotelnik. Khan was on ***** st and made many many mistakes agaisnt Maidana. Ortiz should have beat Maidana, but didn't.....etc etc.

Hatton and KT at 140 would spark out all of the current crop.

I don't think it had anything to do with his nationality. If you can ****, you can ****. I think it had more to do with the Urango fight. Before that fight we knew he could box. After the fight it was like O ****. Then he seemed to lose the uppeercut.

Short answer...he was young and hyped
