Cali is in a way part of Mexico hahaha. By the way Corrales, llike you said, was Mexican-Colombian , meaning his roots. Of course he was American, you are American if born in the USA. Byt the way, even the term American is nonsense since we all all American if you are from the American continent. And there is a few Mexicans that are black or ate least mulatto, but very few.
