with Pacs speed and footwork, i dont have a doubt he can. he can, and knowing someone smart like mayweather is he has to probably be a little more careful and think a little more than hes used to early on, this is where pac has to take advantage and set the fight pace and keep it there.

he cant let floyd figure him out and let him get comfortable or esle its game over. this will be a tough fight for both, whoever wins is the first to impose his style and discourage and confuse the other.

No, pacquiao won't land any counter right hands on Floyd because Floyd doesn't leave his punches hanging. It's easy to get a blurred perception of Pacquiao's right hook counter when you watch him utilize it against the opponents he's been facing since Marquez in Jan 2008.

Diaz, Oscar, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, and soon to be victim Mosley all shoot lazy hanging jabs that are a cake walk to counter.

Floyd's straights and jabs are fired with the purpose of ESCAPE. He doesn't use the Freddie Roach roll to the right method. Floyd jab, ducks and sidesteps all in one motion.
