Because there are ALOT more great welters than heavies? It's not exactly a straight line with X amount of fighters from each weightclass. Duh.

Look man I don't like Wlad 's boxing style he is boring and will get beat by Haye if the fight takes place. But Wlad has a pretty good resume and has been dominating the HW division for 5 years now. So he definitly deserves a top 10 status.

A lot of fighters jump between weightclasses. For example, Tunney probably isn't greater than Wlad at HW but definately the greater fighter, Pacquiao isn't a top 10 in any weightclass yet he is a top 50 atg. Also HW isn't the deepest division in historical terms.

THIS IS A P4P LIST NOT HEAVYWEIGHT
I meant to vote 100+ if this is a P4P list.

          He is 21-30 at heavyweight.

Because there are 17 weight classes. That means by your theory, 170 fighters should be ranked top 100.

Top 10 is pretty high on the HW list. Dont mean to underestimate you guys but I think you would be hard pressed to find 100 fighters with better careers than Klitsko. Secondly Heavyweights were the cream of the crop for many years and all those weight classes didnt always exist. It just seemed strange that a man can be a super elite HW and be a reserve on the top 100 team. Just asking.

                On an all time list?

No higher than 95 if he even makes the list.

In my estimation of him he is among the top 10 best HWs whoever laced them up, based on his longevity and ability to rebound from adversity......arrange the lists of where you rank them specifically wherever you want though for whatever reason.

Wladimir has beaten about 9 or 10 top opponents in his career. Louis beat about 30.

Title defences mean little to me, so I wont try to beat you over the head with that. but beating top level opponents does count. and Louis beat a huge amount of them.

that being said, hes quickly approaching top 10 at HW, and its very possible he could make it before his career is done.
