I always thought there should have been a rematch, but Cotto was done dirty by hands of plaster and was never the same..But this fight was a classic boxing chess match..

Think we would have gotten the same result, would have liked to see it though

I think if they would have had an immediate rematch I would think Shane would have KO'd him in 9 tbh..I believe Shane seen he had his man and just did not put his foot on the gas..But hey I would have loved to see it tho as well..They should fight after Shane loses to Pac and Cotto beat Mayorga..I do believe if Cotto fights Marga's he will lose again tbh..

That jab is a thing of beauty.

He also made great use of his right hand in this fight.

          Easily my favorite fight.

I always thought this was one of Cotto’s top performances, the jab was the deciding factor in this fight.

"Shane is always dangerous early." - Freddie Roach.

This is yet another prime example of Shane putting on the gas in the last 3 rounds. Oh but no, he's dangerous early. According to "boxing experts" honestly I thought Cotto won the fight, and quite convincingly aswell. He was so crisp with his striking, there was almost no room for error. His cardio on the otherhand got the best of him. I had it 7-5 Cotto, it was a great fight.

He has a nice right hand I wish he'd use it more often.
