Comments Thread For: Tim Bradley's Trainer: Alexander Won't Last Ten Rounds

WBC titlist Devon Alexander has vowed to give 100% when he faces WBO champion Timothy Bradley at the Pontiac Silverdome, in Pontiac Michigan. Bradley (26-0, 11 knockouts) and Alexander (21-0, 13 KOs) were ripped as they stepped on the scale to make weight on Friday. Bradley's trainer, Joel Diaz, is not concerned with Alexander's battle cry. He believes his boxer will end the fight within ten rounds.

The only way this fight is not gonna go full 12 is if Alexander quits in his corner or if the ref steps in after Alexander has taken too much of a beating.

I don't know Wazaa Bradley looks like he means bizzness,I really do think Bradley's power is underrated..All he really needs to do is once he guy is hurt take his time to finish him off..He hurts a guy and then get's over excited then let's his guy recover,I would not be surprised if this fight ended in a KO..

I like Devon in this fight, probably the better schooled fighter. I see him catching Bradley with some good uppercuts. Bradley is tough as nails though and will likely make it to the final bell, just end up behind on points. Devon, 8 rounds to 4.

Dude sees some adversity in his last fight and should have lost that fight. Tonight, he is going to get swamped by a ton of adversity, by a guy who thrives on adversity......Alexander better be able to adapt or he is going to get dropped. Bradley is built to be a champ...he isn't posturing

                    I know....

Look how much thicker Bradley is than Alexander. He is also shorter which means he will have a lower center of gravity, Alexander fights in a very upright and tight posture, he doesn't bend to the side too much. Bradley is going to slip a ton of punches and get on the inside and once he is there, Alexander is going to be eating short, chopping punches while not being able to throw back because he will be trying to block, his arms are too long to land solidly on the inside (which is why he likes to measure his opponents out and use distance to punch), and his mind will be running about a million miles an hour trying to figure out how to get Bradley off of him.

I mean look at his face, anyone who thinks Bradley isn't 110% ready to throw down is crazy.
