              I don't know how it is in the US. I am pretty sure here in England the anti doping agency immediately suspends the 'athlete' in question even before second sample is tested.

                      In England does the Anti-doping agency test athletes on a regular basis? I mean why was Khan tested anyways? As far as I know he doesn't have a signed fight yet.
