but all that dont mean nothing when negotiations have stoped youc an say whatever you want to say but when it was time to agree you didnt. if you agree after the meetings and stuff it dont mean anything. and you can say you agree to whatever you want but when your signed to fight someone else that shows how serious you are in the first place.

That is obvious, why else would chose too fight him. He did wait for that 17 months of ring rust to pile on before making the fight happen. It help a bit that Mosley over trained with a 5 month training camp.
