If I became a very skillful, technical, boxer-puncher and knocked out Bhop, Shane, Tito, Pac, Mayweather, Marquez, Lewis, Jones Jr., Barrera, the Klitschkos, and all the so-called greats of the recent era will I be the G.O.A.T?

Yes it would, in my opinion. Oscar has a great resume as it is, if he'd won all of those fights, moving through the weights like that, and retired at 45-0... damn.
