He didn't agree to full random OST. I think the second negotiations were the ol smoke n mirrors to get people to swallow Margarito. I think what it all boils down to is arum using floyd bs to pedal these garbage fights to the fans, while the mainstream media uses floyd as a scape goat. Someone posted earlier floyd can only fight Pac, but Pac could fight any bum and its excused because floyd is scared, or wants a ridculous test. So in hine sight Pac can duck this test until the end of his career and never get called on it because its socially excepted that floyd is scared for asking for it in the first place.
